[REBOL] easy email question

Hey guys,

I have a pretty easy question for you.  if I have a block of
email addresses, like

friends: [
    "1" "person" "address"
    "2" "person" "address"
    "3" "person" "address"
    "4" "person" "address"
]

how, in the execution of a script, can I list them by number,
then choose one?
