[REBOL] Rebol in CGI mode.

 I am having an extreme amount of difficulty running REBOL in cgi mode.  I
followed the instructions still a no-go.

Running:

Apache 1.3.x
Latest REBOL ver.
All default directories with Apache (i.e. cgi-bin etc..)
