This is a cut-down of the code:

block: copy [
    ["ssql" "www.somewhere.com" "a-o.dll-eUK-osform_template=awake.t"
"388"]
    ["ping" "203.89.213.43" "" "5"]
]

view layout [
    button "refresh" [{Here, contents of block changes - how should I
refresh list? }]
    mylist: list 850x400 80.80.80 [across field field field field] data
