Yup, thats what I got.  0.10.33.3.1 to be precise.  My computer intuition says its a 
proxy thing, I use socks4.  I will try it from home tonight where I can try a 
different machine using either dial-in, IP forwarding,
Socks4, and Socks5 to further identify whats up.

For those with the same problem try this line at the console to play with layout.r:

do http://www.rebol.com/view/reb/layout.r

Also if you have this problem, let me know if your using a proxy.
