but also the most likely to have a stingy viewpoint on which new
softwares are running their enterprise ...

My guess would be that it was to make /Express something that larger
enterprises would at least consider. 

Though, MySQL support would also be nice, so that it would be something
that smaller enterprises and ISPs could also consider.
