Is there any chance that this manual will be published in paper
form? If so I'm ready to buy it. If you need a good printer that can do
very short runs at a good price let me know. I happened across a company
that can do runs as low as 50 for quite a reasonable price. If this is
something you'd like to look into let me know and I'll send you the
information.
