It doesn't matter if you use the 808 or 606 as the master. Say, sync out of the 808...to the input of the box. The run from 2 outputs into the 303 & 606.

So in terms of a signal path, you split the Din sync coming out of the 808 and route into the 606 and 303, and everybody's a happy family?

No. You need t split the signal at some point. If you're handy with a soldering iron, you can make your own DIN splitter box. Dead easy to make! and fairly cheap.
