Hi Adz,
a TB-303 pattern data sheet is shown below, along with the companion TR606/808 one. You can enter your pattern data onto the grids to store for future reference. Seem to have been some promo or special order A4 pad available at the time. I find them quite useful now, as back in the 80's I had to make my own pattern templates. Sorry the picture is not good enough to make out the detail yet, but it gives you an idea what they are like.

spare, but it is available.  I don't have a use for it and I'm not smart
