Description
This group is dedicated to the discussion of audio science and
engineering. The topics center around sound recording and reproduction,
although anything between the minds of musician and listener is fair game.
The intent is to have a discussion forum for the sharing of audio
knowledge, but with a much higher signal to noise ratio than other similar
forums. This will give the experts a sanctuary from the offensive world of
unmoderated lists.
Rules:
1. Submission of any personal attack (regardless of whether it gets past
the moderator) or flagrant abuse of the rules will earn the offender
banishment from the list.
2. Try to type at least as much text as you quote.
3. Do not send attachments until further notice. Instead post the file to
ftp and include a link in your message.
4.Certain individuals will earn the ability to freely post to the list
without moderation after demonstrating considerable expertise. Those
gaining this privelage will be notified.
