Good question. Should a list owner invite members of another list to join hizzerher list? Grrrr... Are "List Wars" good to have? Should one list owner criticize another list owner on list? Is email sent to the list "private" or "public." Does the First Amendment apply to email discussion lists? Under what circumstances is it appropriate to unsubscribe and/or ban a member?
