As lo cuenta l:
It was VERY easy to obtain an ISSN.
What I did was to submit an application via e-mail, basically containing the same information that you can find on
<http://www.magnetic-ink.dk/about/colophon>
The colophon is a requirement for getting an ISSN, so I created the colophon, then submitted my application. I found the e-mail address by googling for "ISSN Danmark" -- (...)
The information in the colophon should also be available in electronically readable form in the HTML header. The format is Dublin Core metadata. View the HTML source of the frontpage to see what information is there. It's the '<meta name="DC.*" * />' lines I'm talking about.
That's all. I submitted my application on 6th April and I received the answer today (which is first non-holiday after the Easter), so the response was very fast (and it seems I did the right thing, because they wanted no extra info from me).
