Contributions may be by submission or invitation, and suggestions for especial issues and publications are welcome. Papers, technical reports, etc. in the areas covered by he journal are invited for submissions. Notes for intending authors are included in our web site at www.eminds.hci-rg.com. Submissions must be sent electronically by mean of the submission manager system included in the journal web site.
