That sounds like a great resource for the Brazilian language
group. If you make it so that it doesn't appear to be spam, I would be
okay with you creating an article in the Wiki for CodeIgniter mailing
lists, listing yours. Then other language communities could list
theirs as well, and there would be public links without EllisLab
endorsement, which we cannot go so far to do. Perhaps here would be a
good place: http://codeigniter.com/wiki/Mailing_Lists
You could also categorize it in the Community category to make the
article easy to find.
