No puedo ocultar la alegría inmensa que hoy estoy sintiendo por tí, por tu
querida esposa e hijos, por el resto de tu entorno familiar y por todos los
venezolanos que sin la menor duda se encuentran disfrutando de un merecido
triunfo. Espero que paulatinamente retorne la sensatez a toda Venezuela, por
el bien de todos ustedes los venezolanos y por el bien de toda Latinoamérica en
general. Qué excelente mensaje para el mundo democrático y para el "analista
internacional" Fidel Castro.
