Hi Racso, Spam and phishing are frequent problems on a number of Wikimedia email lists.
Email "from" addresses can be falsified. This is a known problem, and I've seen some discussion about ways that this can be combated. I suggest that you create a ticket on Phabricator for the problems that you're experiencing, and tag the ticket with the #wikimedia-mailing-lists project.
