You can create an account

Then your admin rights will be automatically transferred to mailman3, you
can simply remove yourself from
https://lists.wikimedia.org/postorius/lists/digitization.lists.wikimedia.org/members/owner/

(or stay admin, in mailman3 you don't need the password, the UI is simpler,
etc.)
