Thanks all for the advice, both on-list and off-list. Following Amir's comments on the other thread "moderation requests for discontinued lists" I have regained access to the old wikimediahk list subscription management interface as well. I shall ask the current WUGHK board to decide whether they would prefer to inherit the old list or start a new one, and then file an appropriate Phab ticket. --Deryck
