Or maybe I'm wrong, and they do receive the emails, but in the software nothing is filled in. Though I now see that with one of the newly subscribed users (with enabled/disabled not filled in) they apparantly receive the emails as they answered on them. It's confusing, since sometimes accounts have been put on disabled and the same thing was shown (nothing filled in). So I don't know when they do and when they don't receive the emails.
