This is a request for comments on the study Islands of Resilience by
Smári McCarthy and Eleanor Saitta:

It lays out a comparative model for ICT possibilities with regards to
energy, connectivity and jurisdiction through a case study of Iceland.
The RFC period is one week, 17-24 September, starting today. The study
is commissioned by the MEPs of the Greens/EFA Group.
