This is because Eolas saw dollar signs and thought they could have a
'piece of the Microsoft pie'. Other Windows-based browsers aren't safe
from having to change or pay royalties either, unless Eolas decides
not to target them (hmmm I wonder why that would be... the dollar
signs aren't big enough?)
