Folks,
Occasionally the WSG list receives inappropriate emails.
These include, (but are not limited to):
- anti-spam system emails
- emails that request delivery and read receipts
- blatant spam
- bad emails (virus laden, or links to naughty places)
- out of office replies
- off-topic posts
- foul language
and also,
- replies on-list to these emails!
These emails come from registered list members, so we're not in a position to stop it.
Know that your tireless WSG Core support staff (like Lea) fire off terse emails to the perpetrators (where appropriate, otherwise they're booted and banned.) To minimise disruption, we don't always respond on-list, however, we will try to nip in the bud any subsequent 'discussion' outbreaks.
We appreciate that the majority of you (well-over three thousand upstanding members) demonstrate great restraint.
Please, if you read an inappropriate post, DO NOT REPLY to it.
