Thanks for asking clarification, the objective left me confused also.
Some of the designs are passable, but the junk under the hood gives
me hives.

Just to clarify, are you looking for sites with a really bad visual
design (i.e. bad colour schemes, illegible text, etc) or sites that
use really badly coded HTML and CSS (i.e. invalid markup, layout-
tables, presentational elements/attributes, poorly written CSS,
works in IE only, etc.), or are you looking for both?
