You could try putting the background image of the lady in a div with a
top margin to keep it from ever crossing into the heading.

When you resize the browser or have a small screen the image overlap the
photo of the lady, it's pretty ugly.
Question is; does anyone have any ideas on how to keep the same sort of
effect/layout but making sure the images do not overlap?
