Hello
I was wondering if anyone had any experience of the best Web Standardy way of documenting Help/FAQ's etc. As you can imagine typing "html or xhtml and help" into Google produces the wrong results :-) Specifically how best to mark-up, better to store as XML and transform etc.
Anyone's opinions would be valued. Am about to implement this for a very large client so needs to be spot on.
