Which parts/paths do you think we should choose to follow?

As enlightend/informed developers we continue doing what we've been doing.
WCAG 2.0 won't make accessible design suddenly inaccessible.

No, but it might make it fail WCAG 2.0, as using any form of layout where the onscreen flow doesn't mirror the html flow is a big no no. I know that's something I do from time to time, and there 's always a good accability reason, but apparently W3C knows better than me about my sites. Of course I could be using tables and they wouldn't mind because then the html and onscreen structures would match. ******************************************************
