This is the size older and other below average vision people typically prefer. You can see your page text in IE is almost entirely smaller than the browser UI text, and very much smaller than 14pt, even though IE's resizer is set to its maximum setting. This means for your IE visitors your page's accessibility is poor. This amounts to discrimination against people who have vision that is poorer than yours. Your link text color doesn't contrast very well to the background color. You can check whether any of your color combinations is acceptable for contrast and color difference at http://juicystudio.com/services/colourcontrast.php. To fix these problems, the colors probably need some adjustment, and your text sizing philosophy needs a major overhaul. Before proceding there, it probably would be prudent to review the character of the medium we call the web.
