sIFR solutions are be perfectly SEO (At least Mike's original implementations are); the script just grabs the innerText of "sIFR" elements and replaces that with the flash.
Thus, if the script doesn't run (JS turned off, robot, whatever) the original text will display.
Look at the HTML for this example: http://www.mikeindustries.com/blog/files/sifr/2.0/
You'll notice there are only <hX /> tags; the innerText of which ends up being sIFR'd to Flash.

By Font Embedding let you addict some font file to a page.
The use of SVG it's a little complex.
Image Replacement it's popular too, replace a image by the text, but
got some accessibility issues.
