If I implement in my print.css

a:after {content: " (" attr(href) ") "}

do I also need to use for my internal pages absolute instead of relative URLs too?

Thanks,

John

I disagree - printed output is completely non-interactive. Links should
display the full URL wherever possible, but there is no need to
underline them.

a:after {
 content: " (" attr(href) ") ";
}
