Does anyone know whether it is possible with CSS to create a border onmouseover/hover inside the image?I have a design I need to implement that has some images with a 2px border inside the image on mouse over, the images are uploaded by the client and the client will not be able to create the 2px border herself.

You could probably do something with _javascript_... but I can't think of a viable CSS solution.
