As I explained to Nick long ago, those who have adjusted their default up from 12pt/16px get a substantial horizontal scroll there no matter what size their browser viewport. The whole idea of a window's text size automatically changing according to the happenstance of a particular window size/font size combination is an offensive accessibility nightmare.
