I agree with this. I have a tendency to design all my sites with a width of
about 760; this leaves a bit of room on the sides, even at 800x600, and I
generally find that it makes for a more readable layout. Using up all the
space allotted isn't always the good idea folks sometimes think it is; if
your text blocks are too wide, they get hard to read.
