Germ, that’s exactly what I was saying. Samuel, lightbox uses over 100k of _javascript_ – that’s pretty big for dial-up. Litebox is a much smaller option though.   In general though, I find the popups=evil argument a bit flawed. Take as an example a page which has a list of 25 cars for sale.
