Hi Marvin,
While you might find someone does reply - you asked quite a few people
in asking here - you don't really seem to have gotten the point of this
mailing list.
We're not here to offer free design and development services.
We're here to learn together from the examples people put up of specific
problems they are having when working on their websites.
So, I would suggest you host your pages somewhere, and think of specific
issues you have with them that you would like some advice on and post
those questions.
Alternately, I believe the website has a 'paid job listing' section that
you could advertise that you are looking for someone to work on your site?
