Tina:

It looks like you are using overflow-x for a height issue. I think that's
technically for width. To troubleshoot, switch to the plain "overflow:auto"
and it should work in IE.

I am trying to do a fixed layout for a site and no matter what I do I cannot
figure out why it isn't displaying correct in IE for me.

I am attempting to use css to "act like" a frame - wherein all content on
that div will scroll: auto if it is longer than the container.

Now this is working perfect in FF - but for the life of me IE will not
display proper.

Mind you this is only a mock up - so the header and such are not accurate -
heck it isn't even close yet to done. But before I continue I would like to
fix this issue.

Can someone please give me a hand. I am about to say to heck with it - but
this client defintely wants this look :(
