Hi, Just thought id throw my two cents in....
Netfront is one of the leading industry browsers as is Opera... Simulators are all well and good but nothing will be as good as testing it yourself...as a site I was testing looked fine in Opera...but looked dodgy as in IE on a windows mobile based PDA... I understand you don't have a wifi phone.....and don't use GPRS....but if you need it that badly.....get a prepaid sim from optus for $30, It gives you full access to the internet. I've tried: - Opera's 'Small screen' view (probably a bit flattering for the average site) - the Opera Mini java simulator (flaky, clumsy, slow - I hate java apps!) and have yet to try - browsing via GPRS ('coz it's so darned expensive on my plan) - browsing on a wifi enable mobile ('coz I don't have one) any thoughts, comparisons, other options... -- Andrew Harris [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.woowoowoo.com ******************************************************************* List Guidelines: http://webstandardsgroup.org/mail/guidelines.cfm Unsubscribe: http://webstandardsgroup.org/join/unsubscribe.cfm Help: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ******************************************************************* -- No virus found in this incoming message.
