Okay, lets start with navigation lists. I don't know if your designers
have an understanding of code, but if they do, they'll be able to see
what's going on immediately. I seem to remember MaxDesign even having a
Dreamweaver extension to produce menus, all nice and xHTML-ey :-).

I think that's a start, if I understand you correctly, you want a list

can help?
The University of Minnesota has quite an extensive list - perhaps you
could pick out what you'd need specifically.
