In Firefox's DOM Inspector, I did the following:
Remove the <br class="clear" /> from after both "navbar" and "header";
Set "float: left;" on both "header" and "navbar", to make them
contain their floated elements.
Fixed it, at least on that browser; not sure what IE will do, but
it'll probably be something wrong :-)
