One always runs the risk a power user will break a page when images are used (in part) to lay it out. Otherwise, very nice.
Is a power user someone who resizes the text?
To that end, you might want to consider setting the width of your h2 in ems so that when the text is resized, the space it occupies increases with the text.
Also, when using image rollovers you might consider putting both states into the same image and moving it with background-position on :hover so there's no lag when you first rollover the image.
