You could try the Fangs[1] extension for Firefox. Fangs renders the page as text, but the text that would (probably) be spoken by Jaws. I have never managed to get it working myself, but it may be worth a look.
When viewing a webiste, grab the content with your muse -> right click -> Viev Fangs This is usefull... but it is still better to listen to the screen reader... JAWS is available as a free trial: http://www.freedomscientific.com/fs_downloads/jaws.asp Notice that you can use it over and over again... but for 40 minutes. After that time expires, reboot the system and use it again for 40 minutes... The problem in my country is that we speak slovenian :) and I don't know of any SR software that suportes that language, so it is pretty much useless as we pronounce word different from english or other supported languages. Maybe anyone knows about the SR software that supports slovenian?
