Quite nice design. Expression Engine also seems to be a good choice.
But if you build template from scratch and want to carry about
accessibility, I would recommend you adding link rel= links at
<head>. See http://diveintoaccessibility.org/
day_9_providing_additional_navigation_aids.html for details.
Moreover, consider linking logo to home page and post title directly
to entry. The code is very lightweight and I appreciate it. Good job.
