Experience is designing highly usable interfaces, conveying complex
operations in a user friendly manner.
Experience working with end users for story-boarding, wireframing and
information architecture.
Degree qualifications in Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, or related
fields, or suitable equivalent experience.

Desirable skills:

XHTML, CSS and Javascript
