A level of education or training in IT or a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies in an appropriate field of study. At least 3 years professional experience as IT administrator/IT server administrator Very good hardware knowledge (clients and server), mail and database servers. Relevant experience in the area of storage and backup. Several years of experience in handling VPN systems and data backup solutions. Sound network knowledge (LAN/WAN/Routing/Switching). Knowledge in the field of virtualization. Can adapt to a wide variety of challenges and independently develop problem-solving approaches. Microsoft certifications such as MSCA, MSCE, MCITP Server or Enterprise are advantageous. Good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken) Class B driver's license and willingness to travel, including internationally. 2- IT consultant / Presales Responsibility: Creation and implementation of concepts and processing of all IT-relevant tasks in connection with sayTEC products. (hardware and software). You are welcome to visit our partners and customers and support the sales department in technical matters as well as in the creation of concepts. Qualification: You have profound knowledge in the areas of network topology, IT infrastructure, network, access and data security. You have at least 3 years of experience as PreSales and several years of experience in handling VPN systems and data backup solutions. By telephone, in writing and personally you have a professional appearance and are communicative. You will develop solid, strategic relationships with important decision-makers. English language skills (written and oral) as well as very good German language skills are required.
