Cyland Media Art Lab arrived in Second Life!
CYLAND is an artistic laboratory based in St. Petersburg and New-York,
and it´s running a lot of different activities in real life. Please
watch therefore www.cyland.ru.
As Cyland focuses on new-media-art in any kind, there was the wish to
start to run a project in SL, and to show Cyland-relevant media art as
well as to explore the possibilities of SL in an artistic way. Cyland/
SL for the moment shows several videos, some sculptures by Magggnnus
Woodget and some pieces by Pinkpink Sorbet, and will also focuse on
mixed reality events, and therefore now wants to point out that there
will be an opening-event on Oct. 18th, 10am SLT, which is 7pm European
time, and that Cyberfest 2009 will be arranged in november, which
takes place yearly in St. Petersburg and this year for the first time
inside SL too. We are seeking for guests ad cooperations! and we would
totally enjoy, if you like to pass by for a "Fishtini" or for "One
second love".
