tom: Love, compassion, wholeness, creation, truth, attention of the senses,
understanding, action, feelings (not emotions which feed on thought).

mark: what does it mean to show wholeness to a fragmented psyche?
isn't that just another idea?

tom: It may be an idea, yet it is a reality that the mind can function as a whole. Not all ideas are fragmented. Thought is necessary, but when it is a "vicious cycle" who hears the feedback? The Ideas become much lower volume while the gentleness of love, compassion, wholeness, creation, truth, attention of the senses, understanding, action and feelings (not emotions which feed on thought) consume the wholeness.

mark: That wholeness is a reality when it is happening, and when it is not
happening, it is only an idea. So the question is whether it is happening, and
how you can know that it is. Is it possible to know wholeness, or only to
know what is a part?
