The truth has no content. It has no subject matter. It manifests only
in the disclosure of the false. The eye can survey what is, with all the other senses co-engaged. As it surveys what is, it will not find the truth, but as it pulls away what is false, the truth is set free. Test: substitute 'god' for 'truth' and re-read. Does it work? I think it does. Now substitute 'beauty'. Beauty is not subject matter. It is not content. Beauty comes into being when an honest question is asked. Honesty is the unmasking of the false. It is the creation of the truth. Not a material process. Not as subject matter. Content is the false, it is the configuration of the false. What makes the truth invisible. What obscures the truth. This is just an exercise. Try it if you dare let go your
false certainties. My false certainties.

The demand to be safe from criticism vitiates any possibility of real dialogue. Those who come here with that presumption, the vast majority I'd surmise, turn this forum into a barren, sterile site where the false can mingle with the
truth with impunity. All becomes sound and fury signifying nothing.
