This release fixes the expunge bug that snuck into the 1.0.18 release. It also removes the annoying "all your messages are recent" problem when uidvalidity and cache files are reset.
Everyone who downloaded 1.0.18-1 will want to replace it with 1.0.19-1 because of the expunge bug in 1.0.18-1.
