It's already there. 1.0.19-1 was released at around 01:30 on the 4th, and 1.0.20-1 was released at 21:30 the same day. The change log is therefore appended to the same day in the ChangeLog file. I should perhaps split the change log into per-release rather than per day, to avoid confusion :-).
