I use qconfirm, and it works perfectly... However, this guy apparently joined the list, so it would pass through qconfirm, as it did mine. (anything from the list goes through, based on envelope address, and anyone else who uses that email address, gets held off until a reply.)

There is a little individual script that gets called from any/all .qmail files, that checks spamc, (if you have spamassassin daemon running) and this is what caught it for me.. in the trash. I put it just under my qconfirm call which is first. Works great when using IMAP.
