Not if it's behavior is undefined. If you can find a way for us to
determine cwd in an elegant cross-platform way, I am more than happy to
use this feature.

Testing it on one platform and seeing that it works there, however, is
worth nothing as long as the feature isn't standard (POSIX, BSD, SVR5, ISO
C++ etc).

I really don't care what the status of the man page for getcwd is..
