Every message you post will have to be confirmed with this method.
So, you will be setting it up in message mode.
BTW, the whole thing can be run by email, for your pending mail, to accept, drop, etc.. this is cool.
Sorry for the inconvenience but it's the only way I know to reduce automated "subscribe-post-unsubscribe" spamming.
It has worked every time for me.
